Hi, i was wondering if anyone here is into making money from bonuses as outlined on www.bonuswhores.com
The site gives the impression you can make huge amounts of money playing while collecting bonus money, has anyone actually tried this? |

Most everyone that plays online surely takes advantage of bonuses. I wouldn't say you make money online with bonuses, its more of a bankroll replenishment. YOu still have to be a winning poker player (or at least break even) in the long run to turn a profit. I would say about half of my online profit in the last trailing year has been through bonus.
Personally, i'm not into jumping from site to site to take advantage of all the bonuses out there. Fulltilt offers a sign up bonus and periodic reloads, and i love the site, the players, and everything else about it, so i am a full time player here at FullTilt.
Other sites do offer smaller bonuses that are easier and faster to get, but would rather stay at fulltilt and earn it here. Too much depositing and withdrawing between other sites (especially ones not real popular) is too much of a hassle and could be dangerous if the site is not legit.
All in all, I trust fulltilt, enjoy the site, so i stay here.
Hope this helps! |

| THis is the first month in a long time I havent seen FT offer a reload. Its a shame, I almost had all my ironmans qualified for, still ahve 3 days left for iron, and Ill do that, but no bonus here Im gone. If you want to make money off bonuses yeah you have to go site to site, and have large bankroll. THis weekend if its like last year, Ill deposit 10k or more at poker rooms for bonuses. I use FT for the 200pts a day and whatever bonus it rolls. Combo it with the IRon Man its nto bad. If they keep the bonus cut off next month, they can expect the increased traffic to drop as I recognize a lot of the players at my tables, and know they wont be here without a bonus. |

Isn't there a limit to the bonus on most sites? Full Tilt is only $600... Where do you deposit that kind of money? You must be playing 24/7 to work off the bonuses from site to site... |

Doesn't this beg the question....
What is the minimum amount you can transfer to another players account at one time? I wonder who would know... |

A poll would be crucial in this situation... |

| holidays are big days for places that offer short window reloads, a FT reload is typically month long(used to be every month but they want to take it away i guess). The super bowl, memorial day, labor day, christmas, thanksgiving, Id say those are the big 5 bonus "occasions". 500 here, 1000 here, 800 there and pretty soon youre talking real money. I probably play 6 hours a day 6 days a week, more or less depending on my mood. Apparently FT doesnt want to give out bonuses anymore, its their business, let them run it, but for June Ill have lots of other places more than happy to add money to my winnings as a token of loyalty and appreciation for my business. |

NOOOOO!!!!!!!
"Begging the question" is a form of logical fallacy in which an argument is assumed to be true without evidence other than the argument itself. When one begs the question, the initial assumption of a statement is treated as already proven without any logic to show why the statement is true in the first place.
Common varieties of begging the question are paraphrase of the statement to be proved ("Telepathy cannot exist because direct transfer of thought between individuals is impossible"), and arguing in a circle ("The Bible must be true, because God wouldn't lie to us; we know God is trustworthy, because it says so in the Bible").
And the minimum transfer amount is $5 -- I don't remember where I read that |
