I'm sure you missed something. Maybe you didn't get 8th, or maybe 8th didn't get paid.

Take it easy buddy...we are on your side. If you've been cheated then obviously you have the right to get what you deserve. Jaconda and many others here on the forum haved played on UltimateBet without any problems.

I'm assuming your referring to the one million dollar freeroll and you placed in 8th place in one of the daily freeroll qualifiers, correct. Making it into the top 100 in those daily freerolls will only qualify you into the weekly freeroll qualifier. If you finish in the top 75 in that THEN you qualify for the final one million freeroll tournament. As you have said, if you finish 8th then you should have received some kind of email stating that you finished 8th and have qualified into the next round. Since you have the tournament id, you can ask support to give you the final standings in that tournament. That should verify that you placed 8th and you should be allowed to enter the next weekly freeroll qualifier.

Ah, gho, I think he was indeed put into the next qualifier. He simply didn't realize that it was another qualifier, and that he wasn't getting into the actual one million dollar tourny. Good thing you cleared it up. To the OP - next time be more careful when you choose your tournies and make sure you enter the right thing.

ok yes i did play the first one like that and did not make it then i had to pay out of points to play again I do beleave it was 50 points or something like that ok where i finished 8th to go to the simifinals i understand it was not the finel table but they could of gave me the chance to play and not cheat me
but thats ok i just will no longer play there and i will be sure that others know how dishonnest they are about there tourneys..true you may have played there with no problams but they give me problams and it is not right what goes around coems around i am still ponering legal action

JOhn

I think you just missed something. I too played a 50pt qualifier and won a seat into the weekly 500pt qualifier. No problems, as soon as I won the seat I saw my name entered into the weekly immediately afterward as did my buddy the next night. If you didn't verify that your name was on this list, many things could have gone wrong.

I didn't agree to this...

Maybe they're not answering your emails because you're calling them *******?

BTW... I'd love to see you sue them... How would that work anyway? It's illegal for you to be playing on their site (for real money anyways)... How are you going to sue them?

Oh, and for future reference:

Pay attention to what I'm saying now: you did not qualify for the million dollar tourny!!! You qualified for another QUALIFIER to that tourny. You need to go through several levels of satellites before you get to the final tournament. You have not yet qualified for the final - only for another satellite. Go play that satellite, and maybe that's the one that'll get you into the final tourny. Good luck. And please, please learn to spell.

No it is not there are no pending laws that outlaw the play of online poker
for fre or for real money i am over the age of 21 first of all and can play anywhere as far as the lawsuit goes just blowing off steam most of it
but they are a service and are bound by there contacts like any casino
or gambeling house online they can refuse to pay on the grounds that i have brok there tems of service witch i have not cheating poeple out of there well earned spot is not right and if i was to take it to a judge and have this setteled in court they would say they where bound by the contract and rather it was for free or not for free is not the issue here if people win money they must pay it if i was placed in a touney they must place me and not cheat me out of my well earned spot how would i lidagate the case they most likly would say it was a staff error amd it would not be worth taking to court howeverif found to be some kind of scam they could be shut down...

Yeah, you probably should stop discussing your case before it gets to court...
