Well I haven't read all the posts here cause there are nine pages, but I would like to know if I can set up a $0.10 Buy-In Private Tourney or is $0.10 too small for the Buy-In ?

Is it possible to start a private passworded freeroll, but which only allows players from a specific country?

If yes, what are the steps I must take.

Thank you in advance for your response.

Is it possible to set up a private Sit and Go game, rather than a tournament at a specific time? For example, I want to set up a NL EM game that starts after the first 9 players have entered the correct password and registered.

I'm pretty sure that the minimum buy-in is $1.00 + $0.50 ($1.00 prize pool contribution, $0.50 entry fee) but I'm not 100%. You should email Full Tilt for information.

It has probably been asked before, but i can't read all messages which led me to ask it directly. Embarassed

First i'd like to know if i can create a private Sng game at FTP, password protected, somehow a permanent private open table for my friends to join anytime cause i was thinking of creating a 8 and 16 players private HORSE sng tables (probably $5.50, BI+Fee).
If not, i'm wondering why and how could this be change and will probably make a poll in the feedback section after a mod answer my post.

Another of my queries, which might not really suit this part of the forum, would be to know why there is no other Sngs mixed games than HORSE and HA. I would damn myself to play a $5.50 Sng HEROS or 7-Game sometimes.

If the post is no relevant to that section, please let me know so that i can create a thread about it.

Thank's for answering. Wink

My question is quite simple. Recently I tried to schedule a $5 + $0.5 private tournament where from 5 to 20 people would play the tournament (in fact we are a group of 20 people but I'm not sure how many people finally will be able to play).

Well, I received the following email (quoted):

Quote:
"...As an exclusive offer to our affiliates only, we give you the opportunity to hold a private tournament with a minimum buy in of $1.00.

Private buy-in games are a great marketing strategy to encourage your players to deposit and play. As an affiliate, you are required to add funds to the prize pool; the minimum prize pool is $25.00.

Full Tilt Poker also offers all other players a tournament option. The minimum buy-in for a regular private tournament is $5 + $0.50.

If you wish to set up a tournament, just email PrivateTournaments@FullTiltPoker.com. Alternatively, request a private tournament online by logging into the Affiliate Center, and clicking the Online Marketing link from the left side navigation.

You will need to supply the following basic tournament information, together with details of your Full Tilt Poker account which you would like the added funds debited from..."

I don't understand the sentence
Quote:
"As an affiliate, you are required to add funds to the prize pool. the minimum prize pool is $25.00."

I mean, if we are going to play $5 + $0.5 and the minimum Prize Pool is $25. If we play at least 5 people, do I have to add funds?

Do I have to add funds always? How much money?

I really don't understand the point. Please help, because I wouldn't want to put my money in order to play a tournament with a fee included (I understand it in freerolls, but not in tournaments with buy in and a fee).

Thank you in advance. Regards

Why won't Full Tilt Poker cooperate with the private tournament host in keeping the crashers out by making it known that entering a private tournament by getting the password in an unauthorized manner will lead to the person being banned from Full Tilt?

Also why won't Full Tilt pull the affiliate status of a password thief site that will post the the passwords of other affiliates private tournaments. This seems to be encouraging the stealing from one affiliate by another affiliate. Not a bright way to do business.

some friends and I wanted to hold a private tournament. We were rather surprised and disappointed that this has to be done via email with a waiting period of several days.

On other sites you can create tournaments with the click of a button (f.e. bwin, so I heard). Why is this so complicated here? We wanted to hold it tonight and we have not received answer yet. Crying or Very sad

I'm sure it would increase attraction immensely if FT would enable the creation of PT for their members with a click of a button. PLEASE? Very Happy

I'm looking to start a weekly league.

Would it be possible to have a $7 buy-in & $1 entry fee, but also have an additional $2 per game go towards a final prize pay-out at the end of the league? I would like to do a 10 week league and set it up so the top 5 money earners get a piece of the $2 prize pot that accumulates over the 10 weeks.

Is this something FTP would be willing to facilitate? Or does anyone have any suggestions as to how I could arrange the money handling, without having to hold onto the money myself. I appreciate the help.

Thanks again and GL to everyone!

I'd be interested in getting an official response from Full Tilt on this subject. I highly doubt it is possible, but as I am about to start my own league it would be nice to have this capability.
