i installed the update, enetered a sng then when the table opens it says full tilt client stopped working etc.
whats wrong? is it my end or ftp's?

I am having this exact same problem. Emailed ftp 3 times with no response yet...

I'm having the problem.... anyone getting any answers? I emailed support but it takes two days to get responses from them...

Hello ,

Thank you for contacting Full Tilt Poker Support.

I am sorry to hear you have had this problem. As there are a couple of possible reasons for this issue, please select the scenario that best describes your situation.

* Do you use a program called "Poker Office" to analyze your play at Full Tilt Poker? If so, please try the following.

1) Close the Full Tilt Poker software.
2) On your keyboard, press "Ctrl"+"Alt"+"Delete".
3) Click "Task Manager".
4) Click the "Processes" tab.
5) Under the "Image Name" column, find “ftpl.exe” and select it.
6) Click "End Process". This ends Poker Office's Live Tracker function and should allow you to open our tables and play. You should still be able to have "Poker Office" open, but the "Live Tracker" feature will no longer work.

* If you don't use "Poker Office", do you use another statistical analysis tool?

a) If so, please give us details and we'll review your situation further.

b) If you do not use any statistical analysis tools, we recommend manually reinstalling the Full Tilt Poker software. If you keep extensive player notes, go to your Full Tilt Poker folder and back up username.DAT file (it will read your actual username).

Please follow these steps to reinstall the Full Tilt Poker software:

1) Please reboot your computer to begin installing.
2) Uninstall the program using the "Add/Remove" programs tool located in Windows Control Panel.
3) Delete the originally downloaded file called Fulltiltsetup.exe. Be careful not to delete any other files, as this could cause other programs or your system to not work properly.

Once this is completed, please follow these four steps:

1) Click "Start" and select "Run..."
2) Type "regedit" and press "OK".
3) Expand HKEY_CURRENT_USER and under Software, find the Full Tilt Poker folder and delete it.
4) Expand HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE and under SOFTWARE, find the Full Tilt Poker folder and delete it.

Next, reboot your computer and then download and install a new copy of our software from http://www.fulltiltpoker.com/download.php
