| are there two lucky cards that you play in holdem? i mean given the right conditions. somehow i have found my unlucky two. i have been knocked out of so many tourneys when i had KK it's getting weird. against donks, against good players, when i dominated, when i took a chance but was ahead. it's getting to the point where i want to fold kings just to avoid the pain of getting sucked out. it's so disheartning that i feel i'm bringing on bad karma, so much so that those cards are cursed. funny thing is i don't beleive in such nonsense. i'm in a weird place with these two cards that i think i need some sort of exorcism. anybody? please help? |

Theres no such thing as unlucky cards, or lucky cards - Kings is a huge hand, try and forget what happened before and play normally. Thats the only exorcism you need  |

I love pocket sevens because when I flop a set it's 777, and my 21st birthday was on 7/7/07. 
My old man took me to Vegas that weekend, got to play at the Mirage, nervous as hell, but managed to come out ahead a couple bucks, partially in thanks to...you guessed it, 77. Picked up the rockets while I was there, too.
Today's my 22nd, so I think I'm gonna play the ducks more often. Nothing like a 2 high flush to brighten the day.  |

my "scare" hole cards are JJ.
with no other hand i ran so often into overpairs, or gettin *beeeped* out by a flopped set from a small pp. last week i think it happend about 10 times straight to me  |
