I'd like to play MTT's on FTP/PStars. I'm not really sure how much I can sell, but we'll see and then I'll make BR rules etc. Hopefully this will be for at least a few weeks and will involve mostly 6 max MTT's on both sites.
I have almost $8,000 in profit in FTP MTT's, and $11K in profits in UB MTT's, via this
UltimateBet $200k Guranteed $200+15
824 entrants - $200,000 paid to 90 places
BKqzbxt - $45,000 (wandigo)
familyman1962 - $27,000
rkruok - $18,500 (rkruok)
Angelica - $13,000
completedonk - $11,000
bacus - $9,000
bigdogpckt5s - $7,000 (bigdogpckt5s)
kvnok88 - $5,000 (kvnok88)
odecat - $3,500
gboro780 - $2,000 (gboro780) |

| Oh almost forgot, shares are $20 a piece and I may lower them depending on interest. |

| Can we get more detail? Go look at Mathman's BAP, take some notes, and report back. |

CD, I'd BAP you again for around $50 (if shares are $20 each, it would be $40 or $60 depending on how rich I am feeling). I assume that since the last BAP of yours that I took part in (a bunch of FTOPS stuff) offered cake, this one would cover the cake? Let me know how that works.
Also, although I don't particularly care as long as it is reasonable, it would be nice to have the split be posted in the OP. I'm sure others would like to see it as well.
Probably some more detail would be nice as well. I think what you are trying to say is that you want to know how much cash you'll have before deciding what tournaments to play. Instead, you might list a bunch of tournaments in order of preference, and run the BAP by playing as many as you have the funds to play. |

| The FTOPS BAP cake would be covered here 'cuz I feel generous, even though I said I'd only honor it in one shot BAP's or super high risk ones. I want to know how much money I'm going to be able to raise before I start the BAP, the cut will be either 50-50+SB with cake, or 60-40+SB w/o cake, up to you guys. |

| I think 50-50+ SB with cake is better. If you go this way i will buy some. |

| Ok, I'll be the idiot. Please explain whether cake is in the literal sense as a joke of providing a tasty dessert or if it somehow relates to payouts in poker. |

It's another word for makeup. Say you invested $50 in to me, and I lost the money. This means I would owe you $50 in cake.
The next time you stake me and I win, I have to makeup your $50 in cake. Say you stake me another $50 at 50-50+SB. Your "+SB" is $100.00, because the cake gets added to the SB. So if I win, I owe you your cake as well. |

I prefer no cake and better split, but I don't really care that much. I understand how cake can be more appealing to others.
Basically, I think you are a good MTT player who has a great shot at going deep, so I'm not looking to protect my investment with cake (I'm not BAPing you with more than I can afford), but rather to maximize my profits when you do go deep in a big tourney.
But anyway, like I said, it doesn't matter much to me if others have different opinions. Also, I'm happy to take that earlier cake in some other BAP in the future if you want. It's completely up to you whether you want to take care of it now or in another tourney. I'm going to continue to BAP you either way. |
