I used to deposit using epassporte, and for the first time I had to use Ultraprepaid.
I was able to set up the account okay, but when I tried to make a deposit, I got a message saying that my transaction was declined, there was a problem contacting the processor, and please try again.
I tried again and received the same message.
I called the payment processor and found out that both transactions are actually pending.
When I called Ultraprepaid, they said there was nothing they could do, even though their message was erroneous.
Otherwise, I found their customer service very helpful (I called to see how it all worked ahead of time, etc), but I find it ridiculous that they refused to provide any type of compensation for their mistake (wrong message).
So if you're loading money into your account and receive the "transaction declined" message, check with your financial institution first before attempting to load again. |
