Looks fine except I might be tempted to bet the turn and try to get it in there.

More often than not, it'll be QJ or AQ.

QJ is really spewy, there are a few hands that are more likely than that is.

He's just saying that A8 will have AA/KK beat.

I would be betting on the turn here, hoping to put the rest of my chips in.

If I was going to donk bet the turn here why not just reraise the flop?

I am probably more likely to bet the turn than reraise the flop since my hand is now disguised a bit more and the board is scarier now, no?

I don't like betting turn because I think the min c/r is air so often. By betting the turn we're either forcing villain to shove or completely removing his option to bluff, depending on our bet sizing.

Once he checks back I think he has some sort of hand most of the time and probably a Q more than an 8, so I think I just jam the river. If I feel confident that he'll shove a Q for value though, I c/c all day to let him bluff. Since I'm not familiar with these games I don't really know how often that will be the case, so c/c could easily be the best default play. As played I happily call it off because we're getting such huge odds, but I don't like the river bet sizing and would prefer a shove or c/c to anything else.
