i hope im not beating a dead horse, but your email support was giving me the advice to bring up something i have on my mind here. i hope you are fine with me choosing the easy way and just copy/paste what i was writing to your support:
"hello full tilt support,
i just have a short feedback. dont think you did anything wrong, but i wanted to tell you anyways. 20.10 and 21.10 ET are very uncommon times in germany.i am telling you because thats the time the fantasy poker freerolls start at on weekdays. i was told that weeks before, so i cant complain; but i did not realize how late that actually is.15.10 ET is a nice time and everything till 17 or 18 ETwould be ok too. but 20.10 and 21.10 ET is not easy to manage when you have a job and a daily sleeping rhytm.
once more: i really cant complain! actually i thank you a lot for the fun i have with the fantasy league and the generous prizes. i know it is kinda gift (with marketing EV+ for you ) and i doubt i would prefer to be excluded for beeing european. also i can see that it would have a lot of disadvantages to host 2 leagues, tho it could cover european times better.
i hate to critisize without at least bringing up one alternative. you could actually make the tickets transferable. i could trade with one holding a 15.10 or 16.10 ET tourney or just throw it at an overseas friend who is hopefully less tired at 21.10 ET.
the fantasy league is big fun btw and i also cashed in the first freeroll i played (on a saturday)! so no too hard feelings! i am already a winner! i just wanted to bring some attention on us europeans, so you maybe have us better in mind when you plan future promotions. i dont think it would help to say nothing here.
you can answer me of course, but i would be happy enuff with you noticing the issue here and maybe also tell the relevant persons about it.
thank you very much in advance
umarplus"
thanks for your attention and gl at the tables all!
PS: as we talk: why didnt they just forward it to your team? no biggy too, but makes me wonder... |

either that (it is done with some freerolls already); but if that is too much, full tilt could at least offer alternatives. like a trading bazar. or maybe to exchange em against 100 FTP or something, if you are from a timezone where the tournament is in at an unenjoyable point of time.
its indeed no biggy and i appologize to everyone who feels a waste of time reading about this issue. |
