Ok all please help me change this as i think you will all agree. For every 1$ you pay to the site ie; 10+1 you get 7 points for paying that dollar. Now, i got up to 1200 points only to go see that all i could buy was a deck of cards.
Now, as much as i love how sites do the points and you can buy stuff with them, if you buy a deck of cards essentialy you are paying 171.42$ FOR A DECK OF CARDS!!! Lets take another example flip flops, they are nice costs 3000 points which is equivelant to 928$, FOR FLIP FLOPS!!!
Please reply to this and let me know if you agree or not, hopefully im not the only one. And please Full Tilt try your best to make a change!!!!
Thank you, Fireman11 |

You can't value points the same as the rake. Points are a rewards program where rake is how the site profits.
The general value of points(determined through open trading) is roughly $4-$5 per 1K. So that deck of cards is really closer to $5-$6 and those flip flop are about $12-$15. |

i agree that the points system is pretty weak, but it's not like it's the main draw for the site. besides, ftp offers rakeback at 27% which is pretty good.
if having a good rewards system is really important to you, then shop around at a few sites and find the one with the system you like the most. |

Actually your statement is incorrect. The $171.42 is the cost of playing poker on the site and using the software. The points you get in return are actually extra complimentary returns that the site provides to entice you to play (like a comp at a casino). You also have to remember that when you recieve a FT point at a table, everyone else does at the table too. After FT collects their $171.42, up to 9 people now have enough points for the deck of cards. |
