There has been a problem and I cannot get any response to my emails to support????????? does this happen alot?????? my boyfriends acct was closed because he needed information from support regarding a freeroll that he couldnt find I helped him email not thinking and they thought I had two accts because the email came from my email address I know that was dumb but I help him with email and wasnt thinking about the address just getting it there for him. Hes new and doesnt know about email and I emailed them which made them think I had two accts now what do I do? Needless to say my boyfriend is very upset. He's emailed and boy does he know how to now! and i have too trying to tell them it was just an email error but they arent responding and we can prove that neither one has two accts will this get fixed???? I just cant seem to get them to respond and its been 3 days he didnt get to play the freeroll he won and they closed his account day before fathers day with no questions nothing it was harsh. I just want them to contact him or me and nothing....I still have my account the only one Ive ever had I thought that you are allowed to have 2 accts in one household he had an acct and I had one I did not know an email could cause this! |

Welcome to the Forum Guys.
If FT thinks there are 2 accounts they freeze your account until
they investigate it.
As for a bonus once it has expired you can not re-activate it.
Responses usually take 24-48 hrs. Sometimes longer, but they
will respond, be patient.
