Don't hold back now, tough love is the order of the day.
This first hand, i was inspired by an article on positional aggression OTT, it was probably a bit silly to think they were both being honest and not hiding a pair of queens, as is typical at 10NL, so much ridiculous slow playing going on.

I don't know what to make of my PF call in this next hand, on the turn I was thinking 8 outs was enough to call this, yay or nay?

hand 1: you're out of position, so i'm not too sure what you mean by "positional aggression". i wouldn't raise preflop as your hand just isn't that great. i'd limp to see a flop. postflop i'd probably just check the turn. it's $3 cap so how are you going to respond to a raise?
hand 2: don't see any reason to play this hand differently.
also it would help if you included suits and reads. |

Edited to include suits, I mistakely copied the HH preview rather than the text, no reads, these are at two diferent tables I'd only just sat down at.

Touche', I guess I was just seeing how they'd react to aggression on the turn in general. |

Hand 1: Just limp PF. On the turn I might bet closer to the pot, $1.20-1.50. As played, I probably check the river and might call a smallish bet.
Hand 2: Seems fine. |

Hand 1 I just complete PF. On the turn I think bet/folding kinda small is probably good because you get called by worse jacks and flush draws so often, but on the river I don't like betting as much because other than a worse J there really isn't much that could pay you off.
Hand 2 is fine I guess, given the odds you're getting. If someone makes a significant bet on the turn it's a fold though, because none of your outs are clean. |

| I agree with all the above, the only thing I may think about is making a small value bet on the river in hand 2. |
