 This a nightmare you deposit funds and funds and some more funds. Taken from your bank before you blink. Thats the easy part!!!! Finally you win after being beat with these 1 in a million hands twice in a row while you have pocket aces or kings. You finally made a profit or at least got some cash back after spending hours at the computer playing. You click the cashier button select withdrawal see the amount at the top right corner you take a deep breath and read BANK TRANSFERS and it says Once approved take 7-10 business days. So you think damn thats a long time but THIS IS CRAZY I WANT MY DAMN MONEY I WAS CALM AND I CANT HELP IT. I HATE BEING OWED MONEY I FELL LIKE A LANDLORD AND TILTS DUCKING AND DODGING. I SEND 2 EMAILS AN HOUR FOR THE PAST 4 DAYS HAVENT GOT EVEN A SORRY OR BONUS OFFER I SAY WE BOYCOTT THIS DAMN SITE. And i hate that line ITS NOT THERE FAULT WELL HELL IT IS. IF YOU CAN JUST SAY FLAT OUT WE HAVE A PROBLEM UNSURE EXACTLY WHEN PROCCESSORS WILL RESOLVE ISSUE AND WHEN WILL BE BACK ON TRACK. CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS IF THIS WERE MY BUSINESS I WOULD PROVIDE SOME SORT OF DAILY UPDATES BUT NOOOOOOOOOOO LEAVE ME HANGING FOR A MONTH. I DO APOLOGIZE FOR MY RANT AND RAVE I FELL ALOT BETTER THOUGH  I WONT SPEND ANOTHER QUARTER ON THIS DAMN SITE IM MOVING TO POKERSTARS I DID A WITHDRAWAL A 1 1/2 week ago and i got it yes. ON THE OTHER HAND WE HAVE TILT  I KNOW THIS might get me in trouble but hell i wont play on tilt again  |

Sure is wonder why they dont answer their emails when they get flooded with repeated emails from the same people. I can understand the problem with the payment processor and the delays with withdrawals, but the customer service part is a little week and needs some major improvements. Even though when I have a problem and send them an email, a nice one, not a **** complaint I usualy receive a reply within 24hrs. |

The customer service is a lot weak. There is rarely a reply to any suggestions or requests in the appropriate threads. When there are any updates, a representative from fulltilt posts- on a different forum- maybe once/month.
I don't want a bandana for my dog. I don't want winter clothing introduced in the spring.
It's funny, pokerstars does not have a forum- yet their representatives are very quick to reply on 2+2, and their support is considered top-notch.
Fulltilt has their own forum, yet not 1 single person from support is dedicated to the forum. What's the point?
And, to finish my rant, why does my cynical side believe fulltilt has an interest/owns rakebackpros? |

I do enjoy this forum but sometimes I wonder if PokerStars is correct in NOT having a forum.
If I was looking for a site to join the amount of angry posts here would concern me, but as a long time player who came to the forum after playing for a while I see a lot of the ranting and whining as unfounded.
Of course they would have a support person dedicated to reading and replying to posts so.... |

Another FTP lemming heard from, fly fly fly away!! If you spent half the time trying to solve the problem as you do trying to beat down the people with the problems we would have a good thing here. I like the fact that someone is going to write about this whole business.. it just doesn't help our cause to be treated like bungholes. I know it is sacriligous to attack the excuse monkeys (mods) but it very easy to do. My usual pre caveat to the lemmings, kiss my arse!! Wold really like to settle this oout in the parking lot..

If you're gonna boycott Full Tilt, why not protest the UIEGA! Ive said it before and I'll say it again, instead of attacking the limbs, go for the head. FT's on your side and is doing everything they can to continue providing us their service, while congress isnt and is willing to put you in jail (state / local laws anyway). All the problems we've had stemmed from the roots of the UIEGA and FT is a host comprised of many businesses that handle a variety of components that provide FT the service they give to you. FT is in control of support, updates, and keeping your money safe (and it is). Their processor handles the withdrawals. Give them some slack and ease off. They dont want this to happen either.

Once again for the less advance that can't do a little research before they go on a rant that probably half of us can't even begin to understand.
2 check withdraws approved on April 16th and 18th, Received approximately May 13th. 1 check withdraw approved on May 16th, received on May 22nd, thats about 4-5 business days.
