I'd bet a little smaller to make it look like more of a steal or a "see where you're at bet". I don't really like checking there with all the possible draws.

Use this website to convert the HH. The reason I complained about the last one was because the one you used sucked. It didn't show stack sizes or blinds. Use this one instead.

I moved this to the MTT forum. If it belongs in the SNG forum, let me know and I'll move it there. I agree about 150 being super standard on this flop. Checking behind would be pretty terrible.

Yes, betting's the way to go. Losing action sucks, but you're not likely to get action later if not now, unless you get caught up to. At any rate, you won't get max value on this hand if someone else hits without getting chips in. The odds of someone hitting an ace later aren't as good as a draw coming through.
