The software doesn't award pots to the wrong hand. Ever. It doesn't happen.

You can save your hand history files on your hard drive. This would allow you to copy and paste the "proof" that the software awarded the pot to the wrong player.

Most of the time, these are either players who are playing Omaha and not following the "2 in the hand, 3 on the board" rule or they're missing that the board pairs giving someone a boat when they have a flush.

If you have hand numbers, I might be able to have Rick pull them from the server so that we can see where the problem lies.

First of all, learn the rules of Omaha.

Second of all, what does collusion have to do with anything you just said?

Thirdly, wat?

You sound like a Hold Em player trying out Omaha for the first time (MUST play 3 from board and 2 from hand). Lesser hands don't rake the pots, ever. FT has no reason to cheat people. They make plenty of money from the rake they take, so it's in their best interests to keep all games fair and for winning hands to, well, win. The legal costs they'd face for cheating just aren't worth it.

Maybe there's no fraud in the game rules, but that cashier is still a fraud. Anyone tried to get money from fulltilt in the last couple months will tell you it's total ****. They'll take your money instantly, but they'll make you wait a month before they give it back.... Some cases over a month.

Just trying to drum up enough hate and discontent among players so that FTP will do something about this ridiculous withdrawal process. We need to send a message to the powers at be to let them know this is not acceptable.

Russ, if you search, you'll see there is a 20 page thread about these things. It was a one-time problem. It's being resolved. Some very vocal posters have received their funds, so nobody is being ripped off. Please leave your posts in the appropriate thread.
