We hope to have this matter resolved very soon and we sincerely
apologize for the lengthy delay that you have experienced.

in if you have any further inquiries.


guess they deleted the part that was in mine about I should have it by early this week and no later than may 23rd! Which is tomorrow. I have 5 withdrawals and haven't seen a dime starting back on 4/28

KGC who issued the license for online gambling for Fulltilt got back to me. They said the same as Fulltilt that the deposits are in the process of being issued. the new news i got is that KGC says the Fulltilit will issue bonus payments to those affected, directly to our accounts. Well we will see because I have seen nothing yet on either account

Hi guys, ive been having bank transfer issues as well, i emailed full tilt and they said that player withdrawls from May 2nd are now startin to hit there banks. just today i got an email from full tilt saying how they appreciate my patience so they gave me a $200.00 bonus. ....of course i have to deposit again to earn my $200.............i gotta be honest, waiting for my withdrawls on this site is getting mad old.....thinkin bout switchin to carbon poker or ultimate bet..

I withdrew $100 via bank transfer on May, 8 when i found out epassporte was no longer available to see how it worked. I didnt' recieve my money in my bank account until today, June, 5. I had given up hope and assumed my money was gone. So the point is what support is saying is true. Just be patient and your money should come.
