Hey all,
Was reading some stuff about online poker tells etc.. saw some stuff relating to response time and checking etc ahead of turn.. but then I start thinking about people maybe playing a few screens at a time and maybe ducking to the toilet real quick etc.. maybe even getting distracted watching something else.. i.e. Life stuff..
Just really wondering what peoples thoughts are and what kind of stuff they would look for apart from player betting..
Thanks in advance ;o) |

Time tells are sketchy. But here are the tried and true:
If an opponent waits a long time then simply checks (or calls), he usually has weak holdings.
If an opponent waits a long time then raises, he's got strong holdings.
If an opponent bets strong on an empty board, he has high PPs.
If an opponent bets the minimum on a strong board, he doesn't have top pair, or if he does, weak kicker.
If an opponent re-raises on an empty board, do not be suprised to see trips.
If an opponent checks on a flush board, but raises on the turn, do not be suprised to see a flush.
If an opponent goes all-in at over 50bbs in early position, he's got AK. |

first i consider card flow patterns like if im drawing some one has an ace draw flush draw or pair. then i hook that up with betting patterns strong hands strong bets weak hands weak calls or raises then if they know no better and are drawing bets at times fall off a cliff. when players are hds up i see the cards played make note on position to the player and position on the table this tells me if they know position play and if they are loose or tight..i then try to play the weakness of those styles when i can |
