I'll take your monies,
Think about it people, it's just $5, you'll most likely make that in the WSOP Fantasy Poker FreeRolls.... |

Should i run a bap for this? |
Well honestly feihua's posts about how much she (or he? sorry, don't know) puts into this are intimidating, and I have never even played fantasy poker before and have a very spotty knowledge of most of the people on this list.
But what the heck, I'll throw in $5.
Oh, and I'm currently tied for first too! Woohoo! |

Good luck all! |
Caracara, nice to see you back. Hope you get that webpage up. It was one of the better pages to follow last year. |

We had 56 entries when it all ended last year. It would be a good idea to get a confirmation on a pool before the end of the first event.....then, it becomes pretty sketchy.
Fonzy4 is looking to improve upon 13 freerolls. You should get Kevmath into this one.
I keep waiting for clussman to make a show.
GL dcdoorknob. This league took down 29 hats and over 360 freeroll slots last year. We are still looking for a jersey. I have no idea what the cash won from the freerolls came to, but I can honestly say it was well over $5000. Hard fought, hard won to boot. |

Hey all,
I've been absent from the forum for a while. But, since I had a ton of fun with the fantasy poker the last couple of years, I decided to poke my ugly head up from under my rock. I joined the FTP Forum League and made some picks for the first few events.
Also, if it is not too late, I'd be in for $5.

Let's do a headcount:
David Patina
dcdoorknob
feihua
FONZY4
gonefshng
That's a good start to make it interesting, but it could get more interesting easily.
I nominate gonefshng to hold. That way, if there are other reliable forumers that want some action late, he can probably handle it. Also, there are some integrity issues that proved themselves quite well recently.
I would close the buy ins before the end of the first event, however. Perhaps even before the end of the second day depending on how many event 1 can attract.
I think the ME should be scrapped as well. Up to the final nine could be okay........but it would take some extra calculating based upon tournament estimates. Better to just scrap it and see what the totals are once the ME gets underway. |

brezinhill2009, cool
That one player? I will give you a hint: he was 0.0%
That narrows it down considerably.
JD_x, cool squared
Name of the group is FTP Forum
The pw link can be found in skeeter1114's first post on page one of this thread.
Let's do another headcount:
breezinhill2009
David Patina
dcdoorknob
feihua
FONZY4
gonefshng
JD_x
I'm sticking with nominating gonefshng to hold the funds. Anyone want to second the nom?
Oh.......we gotta figure out the payout. 66/33 for seven? WTA? Typical SNG payouts for more entries? |

OK I am in for $5.
I suggest awarding the prizes based on the ME final table chip counts. We simply assume that the 9 players will end up finishing in that order in November and calculate the final standings accordingly. |

This should be done automatically by FT according to the 'Events' page, so I say we go with it.
I'm fine with WTA for so few players, but SNG payouts are fine as well. |

Ohayo gozaimasu, minna-sama.
Gonefshng confirms he will hold the money.
Here is the headcount:
breezinhill2009
caracara
David Patina
dcdoorknob
feihua
FONZY4
gonefshng
JD_x
Let's make it a deadline to send the money to him by.........5pm server time (EST) Saturday. It is a little late, but should get the most people involved.
Prizepool will be determined upon number of entries: Four actuals and less is WTA. Six actuals and less is pct based upon SNG with first and second cashing. If we have seven or more actuals, we can vote on payout - lots of time to do that.
Also, all actuals can vote on resolving the ME situation. Final nine is okay, but the final placing and announcement of all those who cash will be sketchy, so I prefer to scrap the ME but will go with a vote and be happy with that.
Soooooooooo, if you are really in on the FTP Forum league pool, the buy in is $5, and you need to ship it to gonefshng by 5pm Sat EST which I guess is server time. |
