Ive been playing on FTP for about a year now and have become very loyal to the site. I was about 2 finally deposit $200 seeing as FTP would match my points, but im hearing all these horror stories about people not getting their money. Has this been going on for a while?

It started in the middle of April, a lot of people have been waiting over a month for their withdrawals. But they are finally starting to roll in by the looks of things. However, I'm not sure how future withdrawals will be affected...

I just received a $500 withdrawl check. It took about 2 weeks from request to delivery via mail.

It all stemmed from a problem with epass. Lots of requests were made for bank transfers which back logged the payment processor that was being used by ftp delaying withdrawals from a large group of people. This is not just ftp speciffic but is affecting all poker sites due to the sudden increase in bank transfer withdrawals. But it seems that more and more people are starting to receive their transfers now, though being a bit longer than was initially anticipated. Hopefully things will start to catch up and these problems are behind us.

Been waiting over 3 weeks for a lousy 1k and all I get are stalls. Forget this site and play elsewhere. I am done as they can keep my 5.35 still left in the account, buy a cigar!

I waited for about 3-4 weeks, and received my bank withdrawal transfer yesterday. I had no doubt I'd eventually get the funds, but was just worried it may take even longer. Now I'm trying to clear the $300 bonus while waiting for my 2nd withdrawal to go through =). Did you get a reload bonus?

Welcome to the forums, WAR.

I believe both FTP and Stars use the same company to process cheques and bank transfers. That company had problems which resulted in withdrawal delays for US customers. It was a temporary problem, and things are starting to get back to normal.

Not sure if the problem was UIGEA (unlawful internet gambling enforcement act) related or not. If it was than you can probably expect future delays, at least until internet poker is legal. This shouldn't stop you from enjoying online poker for money, though. a) Your money is safe on sites like FTP and Stars, and b) **** the gov't!
