Say what you will about rigged Full Tilt card generators. Complain all you like over bad beats and cold runs of luck. I have as many bad-beat stories as anybody.
But it's playing hands like this, using logic to dominate opponents, that makes it all worth-while for me.

...pretty much just a nice looking play i want to show off

I'm a much bigger fan of winning stories than bad beat stories (who isn't?), so thank you for that, but I don't really see where the amazing part is in this.

You both bet chasing draws, you both hit your draws on the river, and the hand resolved. It just so happened that your drawing hand was better. Where's the superior logic? As far as I can tell, identical logic fueled both players here.

I am dealt 9c 10c on the button.

UTG raises, middle positions fold

I call.
-normally i would fold, but position and reads on the player as a calling station boost my implied odds.

BB and SB call.

Flop brings me my draw, but there is a queen on the board.
-everyone checks around. I figure someone with a queen would have bet to get rid of several possible draws

I bet half the pot.
-several reasons for this.
1)I need to get information about my opponents hands.
2)I am trying to build up the pot
3)I am playing for a free river card. Hopefully I get the action checked to me on the turn if I miss.

I get 2 calls; one from the raiser and one from a small blind limper.
-at this point I can be pretty sure that Colombop, the raiser, is drawing to over cards or may even have a medium pair.
-it is too early to tell what kind of hand lowkey10, the limper, has, but it is probably safe to say he is also drawing.

The turn brings another 7. Once again, checks all around.
-the seven is a dangerous card. It is possible that Colombop raised with A7 and stayed around with his medium pair. It is also possible that lowkey10 is playing a hand like 67o.

I opt to check to see the river card.
-my free card play on the flop worked perfectly
-if someone is slow-playing a set of 7s, i can still outdraw them.
-raising her might have won the pot, but the risks were too great.

The river brings my flush card.
-both players check to me, so I am almost sure I have the best hand (someone drawing to a better flush would bet the river, as would someone with 78).

I bet 2/3 of the pot.
-anyone with a set or a straight would have a hard time letting it go, and putting me on a flush here. I bet half the pot on the flop which may seem like a queen with a week kicker.
-if nobody made a hand I am not getting anymore money, and it doesn't matter how much I bet.

lowkey10 shows 6d5d for a straight, and I show a flush, winning a 2,800 chip pot, almost doubling me up.

I know it's not as flashy as say laying down QQ against AA or anything like that, but I think it was a well played hand and I certainly enjoyed playing it
