|
|
I won a bounty tourney last night and was thinking, I never got a message saying I collected the bounty on my own head for winning. Also the money for the last player is not in the main prize pool. Is the last bounty just not being awarded?
For example, look at the $3.30 90 man bounty SNG.
Of the $3, $2.50 goes to the prize pool and $.50 goes towards bounties.
Everyone basically uses $.50 of their buyin to give to whomever knocks them out. But if you win the whole tourney, I looks like the bounty on your head just disappears. There's no popup, the last message is that you've collected the bounty on the 2nd place player.
Could someone from Full Tilt look into this?
Thanks! |

He should, but what bizarroquin is saying is that he actually doesn't, and i think he is right. The way KO tournies are set up, the bounty money is allotted before the tourney starts. It is not included in the prize pool, so when a player wins the tourney, his bounty is being unaccounted for.
Nice catch bizarroquin, full tilt needs to fix this somehow. |

I can see that being a little annoying, but personally if I win I say who cares about $0.50. Let FTP take it as a tip you won don't worry be happy. |

| It's been brought up before. If you search through TilterMarkus's posts (and I can't be arsed) you'll see he's confirmed that the winner gets their bounty back. |

| Do you know how many people you knocked out of the tournament? If you do then have a look at the tournament summary file, if you busted 5 people the file will tell you that you got 6 bounties if you won because you definitely get awarded your own bounty if you win. |

| Yeah, we have had this discussion on here before. the winners definitely get their own bounty returned to them. There is no pop-up it is just put straight into your account. |

Ive only played a handful of bounty tourneys, and while doing so I'm also playing cash tables (sometimes up to 12) so it wasn't like I could easily look at the cash and easily tell if the last bounty was paid or not.
Sure .50 might not seem like much but in the bigger tourneys it's significantly more, like $40 for the sunday brawl. Maybe FTP should put in a message stating that.
I do see that I was credited for my own bounty in the tourney summary. |

Ok didn't realize this was discussed before, thats why i thought bizarroquin was on to something
And whether it's 50 cents or 40 dollars, its the whole point that matters. |
