I know there are tons of threads regarding FTs lag on the bank transfers but have not heard many positive responses (meaning they've received there money.) IF you got a bank transfer please state it and the date the transfer was approved. FT has not excuse for its horrible customer service by not responding to this concern. I mean what good is a poker site that takes months to get your money but take it right out when you deposit. FT needs something better to repay us than that stupid bonus. PLEASE POST if you have feedback from anyone on FT. Evil or Very Mad

i am waiting for 2 , iv already written the money off with all the lies ftp has told i doubt they will make good... get it,dont get it, ftp has shown there true colors...i am done with this site for good.... the fact that they want me to deposit ( which will credit asap) to get that half ass bonus when they took 2 withdraws out of my account and poof gone is a joke f Mad

I requested a withdrawl on April 14th via bank transfer and still have not received it, despite the numerous bullcrap emails FTP has sent me stating that it will be there in 3 business days, then in 5 additional business days, then oh wait, 5 more business days. All those dates have passed and I still have nothing from them.

Like you, I've already written off the money as gone, and I won't be playing at FTP anymore. It's just not worth the risk of investing the time to increase a bankroll that takes months to withdrawl from, if you ever even receive anything.

Good luck to you guys who are still holding out, I'm sure my $1200 withdrawl pales in comparison to what many of you are waiting on.

omg just saw all the post about the same sh!@# im going through wtf this is crazy and then i emailed them stating some had gotten bonus' do to there having to wait what about me they said the bonus were for the select few that were special players f!@# ftp im not special ive deposited nearly $7000 this year alone thats not enough then i try to cash and bleepin have waited nearly a month thats horrible FULL TILT YOU ARE A FRAUD AND A JOKE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am unfortanately another person still waiting on my withdrawals that has been now almost a month since i withdrew. It has caused a huge amount of stress considering the dates I was given that it would post and it still hasnt. I have got nothing but a runaround from the FTP support. They keep giving me dates, i keep checking my account, and still see no money. I have a friend that found the number of the processor, and he called them directly. He asked about his withdrawals, and this was tonight monday, May 12th. He was told 70% of the withdrawals have been sent out and should post monday or tuesday May 12th and 13th. Well i guess we just both happend to fall in the 30% that didnt get processed. Honestly i doubt anyone got there money on these two dates, im sure its just another runaround answer to get us off there backs. When he told the person on the phone he withdrew from FTP they seemed lost of words after that, and really couldnt give anymore answers, and just kind of ended the conversation. This really makes me worried, because honestly, i dont think i will see my money. I dont know what to do anymore, ive almost given up, i wish someone would respond to this, and give any kind of answer to relieve some of this stress. And also i was reading that Pokerstars had this same problem, and they put 20% of there withdrawal into there Poker account, free to play with or withdrawal. I am no too happy with the "300$ bonus" that you must CLEAR to see any, that FTP offered. Honestly i do not ever plan on depositing anymore money onto FTP so its pretty much worthless to me, and really hasnt made me any happier. I feel if they are truely sorry they will offer us the same offer that the PokerStars clients recieved, then i might feel a tiny bit better about this situation.

I agree, is there anyway you could give us that phone #? While Im sure it wont solve anything, I would love to at least talk to a human about this situation. What did you mean by saying that when your friend said he withdrew through full tilt they were at a loss for words. COULD A MODERATOR PLEASE RESPOND????? thanks

Well I say he was at a loss of words, because it seemed like he couldnt believe he found the number. I think they really messed up these withdrawals and are in a load of shiot. I dont have the number personally but i will ask my friend for it, and then post it. We all need to ban together, to get some god damn answers.

I RECIEVED MY FIRST BANK TRANSFER TODAY IT WAS APPROVED ON 4/13 SO CHECK YOUR ACCOUNTS.I STILL SAY FTP CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS AND I AM WAITING ON ANOTHER BUT WANTED TO LET EVERYONE KNOW THERE IS A LITTLE HOPE

Damm Billy I guess it does pay off to be a felon! Congrats on getting some of your money..I was foolish enough to make a min deposit on Saturday since I thought with the deposit they are giving and the email they sent we were sure to get our funds.....Well a sucker born every day and I am one of them.....My question is that when I made a deposit it was taken out of my bank within one day....That does not make sense that Full Tilt is having so much trouble getting our money......The banks also would not accept fund to go out to poker sites as well as bring in....I am so confused and frustrated.....I have 4 withdrawls approved from April 13th and nothing has hit.I even made another withdrawl yesterday but in check option to see how long this takes .....FULL TILT SHOW ME THE MONEY!

I recieved an email saying that my withdrawal should be in the bank by tommorrow. I have my doubts. I have written a dozen emails, but get no responses. I am now asking that they send me a check. I can't beleive that if they can't get the money back to us through bank transfers that they are not issuing checks immediately.

the only other thing I can do is report them to the gaming commision, which is listed at the bottom of thier site. I have done this and was told if the problem wasn't resolved within 2 weeks that they would investigate. I believe they are getting alot of emails from people about this. I think if this problem isn't solved soon then we all need to get the word out about how horrible ftp is. They have alot of big poker stars on this site and they need to know that the little guys are not getting their money from ftp and that ftp's customer service is horrible at best.

I received some of the money day via bank transfer, but it was not how I withdrew it. There were 3 random deposit amounts, and they do not equal what I withdrew. I am not sure what they are doing or how they are doing it, but they are not just using the regular amount of the withdrawal. For instance, one withdrawal was for 1200, I have 3 deposits that equal 834.39 in my account. Anyone know why this is?

I requested two bank transfers in early and mid April, one for 400 and one for 1200. I got the emails you guys got last week, one payout was processed on the 6th and one on the 7th. Today I got 3 ach deposits, random amounts that do not come close to my total. One was for five hundred and some odd dollars and sense. One was for 119.55, and one was for 155.55. They totaled up to 832.05, about half of the total. I do not know if they are sending random amounts to make it look less suspicious or what, but that is how the first set of deposits came into my account today.
