| i have not gotten my money yet either and i've been waiting for a month already as well. That 300 dollar bonus is such BS unlocking it takes so much time. We should at LEAST get 300 dollars in our account unlocked in full for free. Good Luck in getting ur money. |

| I just found this kind of funny. I've emailed full tilt several times and not once got an answer back about my withdrawals. Besides of course the 2 different 3-5 business days delay and then the emails saying it was processed last week like we all know is bull shi't by now. But, anyways my buddy was having a problem transfering funds p2p so she emailed support yesterday afternoon and got a response in less then 8 hours. Thats great support 8 hours for a response. But then I wait 30 days and nothing. I came up with the conclusion there not answering any withdrawal questions, because they have no clue what's going on. Even tilterick and the moderators stopped trying to lie for full tilt about our withdrawals. I just wish they could be honest with us instead of just ignoring us. |

These delays, while outside of our control, are also outside acceptable norms.
We have been working to expedite these delayed transactions using every means at our disposal, including constant communication with our third-party payment processing services.
