2 customers have paid, 1 customers payment is currently with a middleman.
All items HAVE been ordered, still nothing from store...clamper any possible way to confirm orders besides waiting for the reply? |

We can sort this out.
Did you save the emails from you to FT in which you placed the orders?
Have you received any email confirmations from FT, perhaps in your Spam box?
Have the points been deducted from your account? |

i did not place the orders VIA email, i did it through the client.
Since putting in the orders i have received NO verif. emails. Even before when i recently ordered items for myself, i did not receive emails then either.
Yes, the points have been deducted, that i know for a fact, i am now down to mid 80k which makes sense with what ive spent/gained since i had 100k. |

If I had the order numbers, then it would be much easier.
I'm hoping that you won't mind sending a follow-up request to them, and ask them to provide you with the order numbers. |
