Im new to Full tilt, tried it out over Pokerstars. I made an initial buy-in for $350.00 3 weeks ago. Across a couple days, I built it up to almost 2000 and requested a cashout of around $1,390. It has been over 15 working days and I have received nothing. I have sent in several emails, and no one responds. Im starting to worry. What is anyones advice? I can't even get someone to reassure me its on the way. This is extremely upsetting this being my first impression of this site.

I definitely understand your concern Evilboomstick, but rest assured if you request $$ to be withdrawn from your account it WILL happen (Full Tilt doesnt have to make $$ by stealing it believe me). Every request I have made to withdraw $$ has been processed and I have recieved my $$$ EVERY time & I have been playing on this site for about a year and a half now. Thousands in a couple of days is an impressive feat Evilboomstick, you should offer forum learning lessons...kidding. Back to business.. answer these questions for me how did you make your initial deposit? How did you request your $$ be withdrawn by mail or payment processor? Be sure that full tilt has your correct email address on file because normally if there is any problem with a transaction they will email you immediately. If you havent already tried, here are some great addresses to get help:

That is not true. I cashed out part of my bankroll last week using moneybookers and got it in 2 days. It's only the US players who are experiencing delays right now. Go here for an explanation:
http://pokerforums.fulltiltpoker.com/viewtopic.php?t=53378&highlight=
Considering that many sites closed their doors to US players after the UIGEA passed sites that still accept US players should be cut some slack when it comes to deposit and withdrawal delays. Sites like Stars, UB and FTP are all big sites with lots of US and international players. They're not going to steal US players' money and risk losing their international players. |

| Received an email this morning from FT. My withdrawal request, approved 4/24, will be processed on 5/8 and I should get it by 5/11. (bank transfer) No mention of a withdrawal approved on 4/17 however. |
