qfe. I think it's early even if you are on the east coast, imo. I really really love this tunry and would love to see it at a normal evening time again. |

Re: 19:30 too early.
Not good to hear. As I said, I was trying to suggest a start-time that would have it finished by 23:15. I thought 3 hrs 45 minutes should be safe. Whereas with a 20:00 start time that would only allow 3 hours 15 minutes, which might be pushing it. And a 21:00 starttime, 2 hours 15 minutes, very unlikely. |

You should realize that 19:30 is pretty early for like everyone else though lol. |

Friday afternoon/night works for me.
Sunday-Thursday evening also works for me, but I'ld rather a 19:30 start-time. I need it to finish by 0:15 currently, or 23:15 once daylight savings changes things again. |
This sounds good. 19:30 Mon-Thurs |

| Doesn't affect me ... I'm an east coast night owl. But on the west coast, 1930 is only 4:30 pm. How many forumers do we have on Pacific (or Mountain) time, who would want to play, and would have trouble meeting that start time on a weekday? |

It's going to take some compromise to satisfy everybody and, without going back and reading the whole thread (lazy), I'm just going to ask: have we considered Saturday or Sunday mornings? ... say 1000, 1100?
That would be 0700 - 0800 on US west coast, afternoon for the European players, early? evening for Asia/Pacific. |

I think last time was saturday afternoons (1600) and the complaint was that it interfered with the weekend plans for some people. For example, one person couldn't play because he coached a sports team. I would estimate that weekend daytime would have the same problems for those people.
By the way, 10:00 or 11:00 is midnight or 1am for those in Australia (east coast). Though I would likely play (any day) at that time if I weren't too tired.
And when does daylight savings change things? Because my 19:30 suggestion was based on what would be necessary for me after daylight savings changes things again. Until then, 20:30 would be fine for me based on current timezones (because I would need it to be finished 0:15 not 23:15 for me to be able to play). |

i did not read all posts, but id be very interested in some forum horse event. i have german timezone and a life beside poker as well.
i dont think it is possible to find a time that suits e1. i wanted to bring up the idea of an rotation. play it 14pm this week, 17pm next week and the week after at 20pm server time. (just to throw an example), so e1 can play in this sooner or later. |

| The problem with the rotation idea is that people want to be able to participate in 75% of the events to maximise their chances of doing well on the leaderboard. |

Daylight Savings Time ends November 2nd.
As far as unmarplus's suggestion, I can't speak for anyone else, but I'll never remember which week is what time etc. We need to keep it simple. As stated before, the 16:00 time didn't work for about 1/2 the forumers that normally play. I'm hoping we stick with the original 21:00 or thereabouts on Thursday nights. |

Well I guess that counts me out then. (I might get in some in October, but that'll be it.) |
