I requested a withdrawal directly to my bank account almost a month ago (Beginning of April) and still have not received my money. I received an e-mail on April 24th saying there were some technical difficulties and that it would be 3-5 business days and that was 12 days ago. If anyone has any information let me know, thanks, Smash220

i too have been waiting for 4 withdrawals and havent received any since may 15 2008 i never had a problem with epassporte had over 100 successful withdrawals with never a problem are others having this problem too its obviously unsettling

I also have a withdrawal problem. I requested a withdrawal on April 17, 2008 and received an email on April 20th saying it was being processed. I have made five request in the past three weeks with two replies that they are looking into it. Anyone know what can I do to receive my money?

Can do nothing except hope our money shows up , but full tilt always comes through eventually, so keep the faith.

i have always used mywebatm, and until a month ago had no problems. since then i have gotten 1 withdrawal processed via mywebatm, i've been waiting almost a month for a bank transfer and i requested a check 4 days ago and it still says "processing".

this is very unnerving. Sad

What in the world is going on here??? First its now 3 weeks since a bank transfer was supposed to appear in my account and nothing. Of course a deposit comes right out, no problems.. And, now FTP wont answer any emails, Ive sent numerous ones, and no response, this place is getting to be a big unreliable joke...

this is getting out of hand I have three withdrawals pending for weeks now. They say they are working on it. even sent me a bonus to deposit more money, yea like I will freakin do that. no replies to emails this site sucks serious azz I will find and new site to play on, meanwhile you can only hope they pay you cause if not you have no way to contact them except by email and they will not email you back.I do have a phone number but that is for deposit help only what a shocker Evil or Very Mad

GUYS PLEASE HAVE SOME FAITH. I woke up this morning expecting to see nothing in my bank account, and i check my account, and one of my withdrawals hit, I about sh!t my pants. I have another withdrawal so im lookin forward to that one hitting, but still this is a start, our money is coming everyone. i did receive one of my withdrawals a gatorpay one dating from4-15-2008 it was off 45 cents not worried bout that i received it today 5-13-2008 i do feel everyone will get there withdrawals just my gut feeling its just been a mess since epassporte pulled out and i feel it will clear up in time this is just my gut feeling it doesnt make since to me for anything hokie to be going on because full tilt as well as the processors run a good business legitimately no reason for them to deliberately screw people over im playing at full tilt now and have received some of my bonus as well hang in there guys i do believe this will all clear up gl at the tables

i'm definitely getting pretty agitated by this as well. I'm waiting on two withdrawals which began on April 17th. I've sent multiple emails, which take 4-6 days just to get a response back on, let alone an answer on this being resolved. I was told back on April 29th that i would be receiving the money to my checking account (like i've done a hundred times before) by no later than may 9th.. It's may 13th, so we can see i still havent received the funds, and now its impossible to even get a response back on any emails.

I too have been waiting for more than a month, still nothing. They've sent a couple emails claiming it will be here in 3-5 business days, just more lies at this point.
