Just as an idea. I have been reading posts recently about FT not processing withdrawals. I made a withdrawal request more than 2 weeks ago and it should have hit my account yesterday. I have still yet to see this. Multiple E-mails have been sent to their support addresses and no response yet.

So here is to anyone who is having the same problems I am. A reminder that FT is licensed by Kahnawake Gaming Commission.

You can file a compaint with the gaming commission.

I believe if enough of us do this, we can force FT to move quicker in resolving their issues...

Ok I dont know if this will help but Full Tilt is licenced through the Kahnawake Gaming Commission a Mohawk Tribe in Canada. They have a complaint link which I posted below.Log on and fill your complaint. They will take action. They just did in unregistering a bunch of sites and found people working for Absolute Poker using illegal software to rip off player. please follow up Thanks

PostPosted: Tue May 20, 2008 10:03 pm    Post subject: NOT RECEIVING MY MONEY Reply with quote

I withdrew $900 from my poker account on April 26, 2008 using the bank transfer method. Transaction # 01D822AF
5-7 days until the money is in the account, says the site.
On May 8, 2008, I still did not receive the money, so I sent an e-mail to the support team. The answer was: the transfer would take place that day (previously, there was a problem with processing).
Then, a couple of days later I received this:
"As you know, your recent Bank Transfer was delayed due to reasons outside of our control. As you were notified earlier this week, these issues have now been addressed and these withdrawals should be completed shortly if they are not already. As a token of appreciation for your patience, we have credited your Full Tilt bonus account with $300."

Since the money has not shown up in my checking account, I sent 2 or 3 e-mails in the last couple of days to cashier and support.

NOW, I DO NOT EVEN RECEIVE AN ANSWER.

Does anyone know what's going on?

I'd appreciate your advise.

I think the US gov and banks are getting them to shut down to US players . Same thing happened at Party Poker. It will take a long time but they will get the money out eventually ( many weeks) and we will be locked out to play thereafter...as we are now as far as Im concerned because who would make deposits knowing you cant get your money back...just play for free at that site

I am also experiencing problems with my withdrawal. I made two requests on May 2 and 3 for a bank transfer and have yet to hear what the status is.
Basically...what's going on guys?!!

Dont know why my previous posts were all deleted here. I finally received my first withdrawal request that was initiated on 4/20/08 still waiting on the others though maybe there is hope after all. I still think FTP has dealt with this situation horribly and they have definitely lost my business for good. Regardless of what they say I think this will be a recurring problem and the bottom line is who wants the hassle.

I had a withdrawal request approved on april 27 by bank transfer. before, the funds would consistently hit my account by 10 business days but this time i finally received the funds in my account today, may 23. i still have 5 withdrawals approved that are pending, so we'll see how long those take.

i hope this eases the worries a bit, but this whole situation is annoying...payout issues are the primary reasons why customers leave sites so fulltilt needs to get their act together or at least compensate players for their massive delays...

I have just placed a complaint with the gaming commision. I have had a withdrawal outstanding since 5/4 and no one at Full Tilt will reply to my inquiries about why this withdrawal is not in my bank account by now. This is unacceptable and unprofessional. I hope we all get some resolution!

It would be nice to hear a response from FT representative regarding this situation.

I have recieved money on one of my withdrawals with a huge delay (about 20 business days). I am waiting on another (over 14 business days from approval). Several e-mails to cashier@fulltilt and support@fulltilt remained unasnwered.

What could be the "circumstances beyond their control"? It seems, that a financial instituation either has cash, in which case a wire transfer takes about a business day, or it does not. The latter is scary.

I have been waiting for money from FTP for 26 days, so at this point I am not sure what to do next. I have sent 5 emails to ftp cashier, as well as, security and did receive one response, where I was told the delay is caused by 'bank transfer' issues. If someone has some recommendations, please let me know. I'm certainly not going to leave this alone, but not planning to start any action until next week. Please let me know what others are seeing here.

It has now been 36 days and I have yet to hear back from Full Scam Poker. With each day that passes, my will in attempting to impair FT strengthens. I have posted my complaints in well over 15 forums and have noticed a vast following on my behalf. I am pleased with the short-term success of our efforts in damaging FT’S reputation. We are now entering day 3 of our “strike” so to speak, against these Full Tricksters. I am certain that we have aroused your attention. I seemed to have enticed the interest of some of the most despicable carcasses, MarkGrebs, Jeffr8, Cubbies760, and this very peculiar Ostrich fellow. I suspect that they are all affiliated with FT somehow, with all their shameless insults and dim-witted babbling about how FT is so cooperative. I am confident that soon after this post, either one of those fools I mentioned earlier will slither on in and post a counter-blog that will none the less make us dumber for reading it. Regardless however, I will continue my efforts in exposing FT for who they really are, LIARS, CHEATS, AND FRAUDS. GET THE POINT FULL TILT, WE WANT OUR MONEY!!

I have received email from FTP today telling me once again that they are 'working' thru the backlog of withdrawals and 'hope' to address this situation soon. This does not really make me feel any better, but I'm willing to wait a bit longer. Certainly not a chance I will put in one more dollar into FTP account and anyone who does, must be either crazy or just wants to donate money to FTP. Until they get this issue resolved, you better of just burning your money, since it doesn't look like you will have much of a chance to see it back from FTP.

Sincerely,
27 days and still waiting for my money,
DD

How could they be "working through the backlog of withdrawals" if no more than 2 people have been paid in the last 2 days? What is the crack processing team doing? Working through it 1 withdrawal every other day when there are thousands of people not yet paid?
