|
|
I've been reading all the comments about how full tilt support is unresponsive. For my own selfish sake, I hope they come thru for ME.
Long story short. My account just got suspended. Possibly due to an overdraft with my FirePay account. Which means, if I don't get my acct back today, not only will I not be able to qualify for the Iron Man, but I have $2000 sitting in my account!
Keep your fingers crossed for me. |

| That sucks....Firepay issues usually take a while. How many days of Iron man do you have? |

I did the 50 points every day except the 25th. So 24 days.
I don't even use firepay for full tilt anymore. THAT'S what really burns me. |

Hello Richard,
We do apologize for the inconvenience that this situation has caused.
Unfortunately, because of this suspension, you will not be eligible for
the Ironman.
FirePay will contact us when they have cleared up this issue with you.
They send us a report daily, so it could be very soon.
Once again, we are sorry we don't have a more favourable answer to your
questions.
Best of luck,
NickR
