My love/hate relationship with online poker continues...
Hand #1 (3 handed table)-
Delt pocket Aces, first position raises 36, i reraise 36 more, 3rd person folds, first postion calls, flop comes K35 rainbow, he raises 15, i raise to 50, he raises me allin i call, he shows K9 os, river comes up his 3rd King for a set.
Hand #2 (still 3 handed and i reloaded) -
Delt pocket jacks, first position raises i reraise allin for around 200 he calls shows AJ, flop is 4QQ, turn K, river K for the ace high two pair.
Hand #3 (i reloaded again, 2 handed)-
BB I check Q4 preflop, flop is 944, i check he bets 4(min) i call, turn is 8, he bets 20, i raise to 40 he reraises me allin for 50more and i call. He turns over A4 and i lose on kicker. (I know this is far from a bad beat, but just with the other 2 hands with it its just a tough loss)
...anywho vented that feels good |

And all your animals are still alive?
Just some tough beats, he had top pair and obviously didn't put you on AA. Probably some other like QQ and figured he had you. When you showed, he still had 5 outs. A Bad Beat for sure, but other than the preflop calls, not a bad play.
2nd hand straight counterfeit, how would you like to have KK and the flop comes TTK and get called with A7 for a turn T and river T. Bad play on his part, board beat you, not the player.
3rd hand, Didn't you give any consideration he may be slow playing 99? When he went at you again, had to feel he had you with A9 at Best. That was you tilting. It's OK to tilt, but do like the brat, walk away for a while, I have a wall that is like 50 first dates. Every day I take a Bad Beat and put a whole in it, I don't allow myself to play again until I fix the wall. That will calm you down....
It has me, also, listen to these guys on this board. They may pis.s you off, they have me a couple of times, but they are right 99.9% of the time and they will eventually make you money. |

| like i said last one wasn't such a bad beat as it was unfortuante...and i suppose it could've been some tilt taking 2 bad beats in a row...but its pretty hard to put him on either hitting a higher trips on the turn or having the last 4 in the deck with 1 of the two cards higher than my queen high, he easily could've had 10's-A's in the whole... but yea oh well. |
