Good job dude, I watched for an hour or so. You played very well, but what was the 88 hand? Confused me sir. Not really sure what you were trying to accomplish by flatting his 3Bet and calling an all in on a 3 over flop? Espescially AKQ?

Oh yeah, one more thing for all you BAP'ers. I BAP'd LO for 33%, and he sent it instantly upon completion of the MTT. An honorable man if there ever was one. THANKS LO!

Sweet deal LO. I took the 680 something and withdrew 500 off the top. Sat at a $2/$4 NL HU table with the remaining 180 and ran it up to 580 within 15 minutes (then got up of course)!

It was a momentary lapse of reason. I played brilliantly for 6 hours, I hardly lost a race after the first hour, and everything had fallen into place. Then I made a stupid mistake, pretty much the ONLY mistake I made in the entire tournament.
I raised from EP with 88, he 3bet me. I considered shoving, but I opted to call as I was aware that there was a good chance that he was raising light. When the flop came, and he quickly shoved, I suddenly decided that he was trying to push me off. I called without giving it any real thought, and it was a stupid, stupid call.
Obviously I'm disappointed that I essentially threw away a chance of winning my biggest ever MTT in one second of madness. But I'm also delighted that I played so well up to that point, and I feel better than ever about my overall game right now. At least I can clearly identify exactly where it went wrong, it was just ONE hand.
Here it is, for those that missed it. The more sensitive amongst you may not wish to read this HH:
