I HAVE 2 WITHDRAWALS FROM 4/17 AND 4/19 HAVNT GOT ANY THING. LETS SAY THE BANKS DO REFUSE. CAN WE PUT IT BACK IN ACCOUNT OR BETTER YET GET A CKECK. THERE NEEDS TO BE A STRIKE. HOW CAN YOU LET THIS HAPPEN? WHY ARE PEAPLE STILL PLAYING FROM USA IF WERE NOT GETTING PAID!!!!

Hello to my Friends!

I have not heard anything myself...All I know there is an article that states since E-passporte has stop taking our money this has cause a clog in withdrawls for e-checks...I have been waiting since 4/13th myself......I really hope that Full Tilt does what is right for us...lets all post tomarrow on any updates to see if anyone received any funds at all or an email.....communication is the power of the people!

tomorrow? i wanna know something today.

Is it a clog? or Is it a USA bank issue.

a clog?, didnt realize that many people win on here.

I will look into what is taking so long, but I assume we are just trying to set everything up between the banks and so forth.

We have been through this before (payment processors pulling out), so it takes us a while to convert everyone to the new system and get things going. We have every intention of getting people their money, and I am very sorry for the delay.

so will you looking into it take 7-10 business days play another 3-5 bus days

I have to say, this is very unprofessional. All we want is honesty.

You can’t tell people it will take 3-5 days longer than usually, when the 5 days is up extend it another 7-10 days. Than when the 10 days is up, you say that you will have an “ANSWER” by Monday, not our money but an ANSWER.

So now we are here, close of business on the east cost, and still no email informing us with an “ANSWER”.

How about some honesty.

Hello to all my friends!

Well it is 6 pm here and I have not heard of anything or seen any funds to my bank account...I also use almost all of my funds that I have in Full Tilt except for $1.15...I am not going to deposit any more funds until we start to get paid...I was hoping one of you nice people can transfer me $1.10 so I can play one more sit and go heads up.....That is sad..I have over $1500 owed to me and I am begging for $1.10.......LOL....This is sick......ok Lets hope when the sun comes up tomarrow and I get to my computer and look at my bank account I will see some funds from Full Tilt....Back to the horse races..........

p.s I really would like that $1.10..........come on guys.......we are all family.....

I am having same issue, withdrew middle of April nothing thus far. i rely on this money as secondary income and it is starting to jamm me up. No replies to any of my emails as of yet, no live person to talk to, similar to what happenend when Neteller held my money for a year before final;ly paying out. Whats it going to be, umm.

Same Boat as everyone else. Got approved April 18. and Still no transfer. I have written several emails. No returns on email. I wish they could give us a number so we can call to find out where our money is. I feel sorry for those who have lots of money in limbo or multiple approved transactions in limbo. Although my amount was small, I still want my money. Online funds my home poker tourneys.

We’re sorry you’ve had delays with your bank transfer requests.

We found out last week that bank transfers processed since April 15th were delayed due to issues at our processor’s end. We immediately contacted our processor to find out what the issues were and if we could expedite the resolution, and were told at the end of last week that everything had been resolved.

However, earlier this week we found out that a further issue outside our control prevented the transfers from being sent as we expected, and it’s looking like the transfers will start processing again sometime this week.

Some of you have been emailed about the delays already, and there should be another email to everyone affected as soon as we have more specifics about when you can expect your funds.

We believe the issues experienced are related to the increased volume of transactions due to the recent changes with other processors.

We’re really sorry for the inconvenience this has caused, and we hope our bank transfer service will return to the reliable bank transfer service you were experiencing before.
