Hello!

Wondering if anyone has received a bank transfer to their bank account this week! I still have 3 bank transfers that has been approved and still have not hit my bank acount!.....Two from 2 weeks ago and one from last week!

I have been having same issues, one transfer and a half a dozen checks or so.
I have never had any issues with cashing out before, but i have a lot pending and approved and processing and i am getting very very nervous, i wrote to them and havent gotten the prompt response i am used to.
i hope there is just a technical issue and all will be well... its a lot of money

Same here guys. I have 5 bank transfers, 3 of which was approved, but not one has hit my bank account. What is the hold up?

I am having the same problem. Bank transfers on the 14th and 15th of April and still nothing in my bank account. Also a few checks. Does anyone know anything about what the hold up is?

This was emailed thursday 4/24

We are contacting you regarding your recent Bank Transfer withdrawal xxxxxxxx for xxxxxxx

Due to a technical issue outside of our control, your withdrawal may be delayed by up to 3-5 business days.

The issue has since been resolved, and we expect all future bank transfer withdrawals will be processed within the usual 7-10 business day period.

I was using MyWebATM and everything was going fine. Now Full Tilt says they are having "technical difficulties" with them. So, I emailed support to find out what the problem was and got the "technical difficulties with the technological aspects being worked on by our technical experts" answer. Like it was top secret or something. MyWebATM says it's not on their end. ???? Now I have a bank transfer in progress that might get here in two weeks (kinda long time, you think?). There's nothing worse than the "I really hope I get my money and don't get screwed like Neteller did me" feeling. Especially when you have bills to pay.

I also have two pending that have been approved one on the 24th of April and one on 14th or so.

It looks like we have plenty of players in the same boat...I did recieved the email about tech problems and I am keeping an open mind about this since FUll Till has been upfront about everything to me so far..But I feel they need to put more urgency in this since we are talking about trust here.It goes both ways..They trust us to have the funds in our account and they seem never to have tech problems sucking our money in no time at all. They emailed me that I will get my withdrawl no later then May 8th..All I ask of you guys is to send an post that you did get your money so we can relax...So far I have not seen one player that has received funds.......since 2 weeks ago as far as I know........

When I recieved the email about the "extra 3-5" days due to technical difficulties, that would make it Friday or Monday that I should be receiving my bank transfers. I'll post up here if I finally do receive them. Also waiting on some checks and will let you guys know as well.

i think im a little more nervous now after hearing everyone...i hav $2500 withdrawal 2 wks ago n got same email....now i owe $500 in overdraft fees because i expected $to be in m acount like the said....i feel like the screwed me...the took mone out of account...yet cant put it in?why should i pay these fees?

Listen here. It has been since april 18th. THey owe me 1500.00. I chose bank since epassporte has stopped. Epassporte was the best get your money quick and easy. I have sent ftp 5 emails and they have not responded to me yet! They usually hit me back in about 10 minutes. Fellows I hate to say this, but the word is they may be close to going under and we may not get paid. This come from a top vip of ftp that know some people from the main floor. I need this money to pay my bills. I deposited and they got my money instantly. This is probably my last go around with tilt. They only treat the pros with respect. They give them money on the front. They never have to deposit and they let them pay them whenever they get ready. I know. I know two pros on here. I'm just a little small poker player and do it for fun. There is no explantion for the hold up on withdrawals. All they have to do is punch in your bank info and it sends it. I wish a ftp representative would come in this forum and let us know something. My oldest withdrawal (first of 3) dates back to april 15th and I have not received it yet. I understand they are overloaded and having problems but a little communication goes a long way. I have tried emailing them, but they have stopped responding. the last I heard from them was the bulk email 3-5 days longer and I got that a week ago! I just wish someone would honestly tell me when I can expect to receive my money, instead of trying to string me along a few days at a time. I WANT to trust them but the lack of honest communication makes it hard.

THis is the email I just received. I am still waiting on bank transfers from April 14th and 15th, and they said that it would take 3-5 extra business days on the 7-10 that they already say. So I'll find out on Monday what is going on... they might just add on more time to get it to me... but this is NOT ok and we need to figure out how to get our money!

I GOT THE EMAIL FOR THE 3-5 ON THE WITHDRAWAL THAT WAS APPROVED ON 4/21 BUT I HAVE A 500 ONE THAT WAS APPROVED 4/17 AND DIDNT GET A DELAY EMAIL ON THAT ONE. WTF NO MONEY IN ACCOUNT(BANK TRANSFER) ANYONE HAVE A PHONE NUMBER?

I just had another withdrawl approved today pretty quick this time so this gives me a litttle hope...This gives me 4 withdrawls approved!But what does approval mean if it does not show up in my bank account....NOTHING...Also about responses from customer support..I did received a response on Monday about when I will received one of my withdrawls which is May 8th.....lets all pray to the poker gods that we all get our well deserve money .........Looks more and more that Horse Racing is calling my name......The winner of the Kentucky Derby will be..............well if I did get my funds I would give you guys the winner but since I need funds myself I will keep it to myself........
