has anyone had any recent success with bank transfer withdrawals?
I have two approved withdrawals over 2 weeks ago and no money received yet. I have sent full tilt 4 emails and have not gotten one response. Can anyone ease my tension. Please post some success stories for me so i can relax a little. |
Sure, read pages 1 through 21 =). But I'll make it quick and tell you everything will be ok. |

WOW!
When I started this thread I never imagine over13,000 players have view this dicussion! Damm wish Ft pays you a royality! I would be rich! I have received all my funds and I am sure you will all recevied your funds soon! One thing I would like to mention to players that are frustrated and mad at FT...I understand totally! But lets face it that this might not be available to us for much longer! Also I think when players send email and email it does slow things down..I would advise to send one email per week! Can you imagine if you work customer support and then get hit with over 100,000 emails in a week when you might get maybe 10,000
on a regular basis! It is like if you are a dentist and usually have 10 patients and then get hit with 90 extra patients! You think you will be handle in a timly manner?....No way! But I also agree with most of you that Ft needs to increase or reorganize the customer support team! I did visit one site where you can talk to a live support member by clicking on a option button! Now I am sure they handle 10 percent of the customer base of FT but that would be a great tool to have on here! For the players that are going to poker stars I understand that also since the money they are giving up for the trouble and delay of not receiving funds is much better option then a bonus you have to work for....But I did not see anything that says Poker Stars will guarantee that you will received your funds! I am sure poker stars is in the same boat in that aspect in how much of a challenge it is and will be to get the funds to our hands! I have play at Poker Stars and to be honest I hate the site! Those yellow dots where you can submit a image drive me nuts! I wonder if they ever improve on that! Plus I was bad carded to death over there! I know it happens at Ft also but man over there I almost threw the computer thru the window I was so pi*ss....I guess to sum this all up is that I will still play here at FT! I just had to voice my thoughts in this! |

| I am writing to this forum in an attempt to get some answers and to possibly warn those who wish to join/deposit money with Full Tilt. My story here is very similar to others that have recently posted here. It is not a secret that many players have been experiencing problems with their withdrawals. I made a withdrawal back on April 17th and another on April 18th yet here I am with empty pockets. I received an email from the full tilt staff stating that they were incurring problems with their processors or what have you, along with an apology for the delay. I was told that I would receive the funds no later than May 23rd, NEVER HAPPENED. Now I am sure that many of you are familiar with this "routine” because I have seen similar situations posted on this forum. Not only is it frustrating not to have the funds, but more of a slap in the face not to have responses to your emails. Anyway, if there is anyone out there who has had this happen to them please speak up. You are not alone I am sure. Even if you only withdrew $100 and did not yet receive it, it's still your money, the money that you worked for. It's sickening how many tireless hours’ people invest in playing and the moment they win a little change, they are restricted from putting it in their pockets. I am not one of those individuals who want to spark up a half-hearted class action suit. My intentions are more realistic, and attainable. The simple truth here is that people have a power, the power of voice. If you are one the many individuals who feel as though an injustice has be done to you, well then take 5 minutes and post a reply. Alone, we may not be that frightening to corporate monsters such as Full Tilt, yet people in numbers are a powerful force. They may enjoy hiding behind their "selective-reply" email address, and the luxury of not having a contact number. But there are effective ways to get through these barriers, and it's in the form of voice, whether it is on a forum or maybe even an inquiry to the INTERNET CRIME COMPLAINT CENTER (IC3), or perhaps the US National BBB. They may not accept our phone calls or respond to our emails, but they damn sure will hear the hundreds, perhaps thousands of voices. I’m just an ordinary player who enjoys the thrill and complexity of the game. It’s disheartening to know that these sites can take your money in an instant via various deposit methods, yet when it’s time to pay the piper, all you get is a handful of excuses. This is unfair and something needs to be done. It is up to us to speak out against these injustices, and I will gladly be the first in leading the way! |

Thank you for contacting Full Tilt Poker Support.
Recently, we had been experiencing delays in regards to bank transfers
being processed to player's bank accounts. We're truly sorry for the
extended delay surrounding your Bank Transfer withdrawal. This issue has
affected many of our customers and we have been working diligently to
get our backlog of pending withdrawals cleared. However, we recognize
this delay is completely unacceptable.
We are happy to report that we have been informed by many of our players
that they have started receiving bank transfers that they had cashed out
as recent as May 2. Every indication shows that all outstanding Bank
Transfers will be processed very soon.
We are steadily working towards significant improvements in our Bank
Transfer withdrawal processing systems, and hope to not only eliminate
delays going forward, but also improve our communications on unexpected
issues in the future.
Again, please accept our apologies, and if there's anything else we can
do for you, feel free to contact us.
Regards,
Fara

the best way to make yourself heard is to write the gaming commission that gives FTP it's license.
http://www.kahnawake.com/gamingcommission/
I wrote them 7 days ago and here is the response.
Hello,
The Kahnawake Gaming Commission ("KGC") has received your email and has
proceeded with contacting FullTilt
The KGC allows an operator a maximum of two (2) weeks to respond to any
inquires /investigations we put forth.
If your complaint with them has not been resolved within the two week time
limit, please get back to me so as I can look into the issue further. If
your issue does get resolved before the two (2) week time limit please
contact me so as I can close your file.
Sincerely
Administrative Support Clerk
Kahnawake Gaming Commission

I've never been on these forums before and I have never had a single issue with FTP. But after reading this thread, and with my professional experience in similar situations, it is very easy for me to see through all the smoke and see past the mirrors.
It is quite obvious that all is not well behind closed doors at FTP. And I am not referring to the issues with the withdrawals. I see dark clouds on the horizon. FTP look like they are taking their plays from the world champion's handbook. The one, the only, Mr. Kevin Trudeau. These are standard successful "plays" to buy more time to address what is really going on behind the scenes. All is not well, you can bet your house on that. And what you see is not what you are going to get.
You all need to google 2 items and educate yourselves. Then look EXTREMELY closely at the two organizations and their practices:
"Kevin Trudeau"
"International Pool Tour"
Good luck everyone. |
