I see little reason in transferring the funds back to every investor. I'm suggesting that you just keep the $9.xx from everyone who wants to let it ride on another series of BAPs of your choosing. I'm also assuming that the majority of your investors would be agreeable to this, and any who would rather take the payout can certainly do so.
Just a thought to minimize the hassle of processing transfers back and forth. |
Well, doing transfers is no big deal. I think i'm going to just go ahead and ship everyone's monies shortly. The fact is, waiting for everyone to respond and then agree is kind of a pain, and different people may want to do different things (plus i like whole # investments, it looks nicer). I think it is easier to manage and less confusing to just start a fresh BAP. Not to mention i'd like to buy some of myself for the next one, as well as give some others an opportunity to buy. The stake for the next BAP will be larger than this one, as i plan to do a mix of MSOP with some other stuff, so there should be plenty of shares to go around, but I'll send a PM to the investors of this BAP and give you guys priority. |
