Can someone please tell me what a ring game is?
Also, I see a lot of tournaments that are restricted. Can someone please explain to me why they are restricted and what you need to do to be able to play in them? Thank you very much!  |

| Most of the tournys that are restricted are for people of certien countries, as for ring games I have no idea. |
