Has anyone experienced a problem of duplicate charges on your debit card?
I made two deposits. One for $100, one for $500. They both have cleared. However, there is still a $100 debit from " CHECKCARD ONLINE SERVI
CES 1.8662601872 ON 04/17."
Is it normal for this to be there and then it will just disappear in a day since the charge has already cleared?
This is why FullTilt needs phone contact. Not cool to charge me $100 extra and I just have to wait it out because they are so high above us. |

Looks like I'm the only one to have this unfortuante issue.
A shame I e-mailed FullTilt 15 hours ago about this and they still haven't responded. They have $100 of my money, and can't even get back to me. Thankfully I didn't need that money today.
This site is pathetic with customer service. No business should be e-mail only...except for deposits of course, they will go the extra yard to take your money! |
