Everyone WILL get there money on September 19th. And most likely
extra compensation. Also, LostOstrich shows amazing class by running a
$216 BAP for my backers. I won't be playing any poker until september
as I have much more important things to worry about. I will keep in
contact with everyone though. If there is anything you think I've left or
want to me question me about it, do it.

Well wwcd it shows class to me that you would return and explain the whole situation for your investors. It is a bad deal for all involved but I can understand your situation. Hope you dont leave the forum totaly until september. Kind of enjoyed your posts.  |
I wouldnt say class after all the lies and having peoples oney and not informing them but was nice of you to tell us will be another 3 months |
Well he could have left us all in the dark and said nothing, but instead he came on here explained everything that has happened and why you haven't received your money yet. |

actually he did leave in dark for what 3 months so would hardly praise him for tellings us yes guys it will be another 3 months |

| maybe e disagree cause of the differnce in money owed but he speaks highly of his friend there, well if so embarrassed and sorry how hard is it really to give his friend the money to put into his account and have him send to people he owes, take what 10 minutes and case closed |

Consider it a form of self exclusion. Your $50 is safe and sound in a account that can't be accessed. Might even be making some interest in its safe place. |

I will pay you your $50 right now, if it will shut you the hell up over this and you walk away from it. That's the deal. If you don't want to take it, then learn patience. There is nothing that can be done about it, and you are only annoying everyone with the way you drag things on. This is not an attempt to bad mouth you, or draw you out. It is an offer plain and simple to buy off the debt owed to you. Your call. I'll check back in this thread to see if you reply. |

dam skippy if you show trust in him after all the lies and stuff sure no prob he know owes you 50 and i dont mention it again

Garfunkel has been pestering me about this since day one. First via PM, when I offered (to shut him up) to send him $50 if wwcd didn't ship by the 9th June. I subsequently withdrew this offer, after Garfunkel randomly appeared on the rail of one of my games and spewed some nonsense about how wwcd and I have a homosexual relationship. This was the day 2+2 exposed him as a hit n runner, afaik, so he was obviously pretty tilted.
Anyway, Garfunkel then began relentlessly hounding me at every table I played. The guy even followed me all the way through my win in the $5k, typing LOL every time I lost a pot! He typed "luckbox" when I won the tournament, iirc. Eventually, I decided to mute his chat. He was also banned from the forums about this time, so he began asking other forumers to PM me to ask about his $50.
I've been as co-operative as I reasonably can, imo. I'm sure the several forumers who've PM'd me on behalf of Garfunkel will agree that I've kept the guy up to date, despite my hatred of him.
The reason for all this lengthy background is, I'm pretty certain Garfunkel is referring to me in his demands above. And I'd like to put it on record that I'm not interested in helping any more, because frankly I wouldn't piss on Garfunkel if he was on fire.
He'll get his money at the exact same time as all the other BAPers, myself included. Of course I'm pissed off with wwcd for ultimately causing all of this, but I'm also delighted to see him back here, communicating. Garfunkel's return is just annoying as he contributes absolutely zero in terms of strategy content, and when he's not acting like a 12-year-old kid with a machine gun, he's washing his dirty underwear in public like an attention-seeking drama queen. |
