Hey,

my brother has a play chip account on Full Tilt Poker. Now some friends of him have already sent hem some money using the Player-to-player feature, and now he wants to make his first deposit. His question now is, because i already played with money, will this first depost still count for the 100% deposit bonus???

We hope for an awnser,

Greetings from the Netherlands!

He'll still get a first deposit bonus.

What he SHOULD have done, is sign up through a rake-back program prior to playing for real money. But yes, he still gets a bonus.

Tell him to hold back until he's in a position to deposit the full $600, as bonuses are few and far between here so he should maximise it while he can.

thanks for the quick awnser.

You have a good point about the rakeback. Can he create a new account and use the rake-back site? Is there a way to discart his old account and create a new one or can he make another one without problems?

No to the 2nd account. Good chance of getting both closed if he does.

Now im thinking tho, my brother and me are both playing on FTP, i already play for real money, and altho we both got a pc, we share the same internet connection.

Is there a risk they ban us both? Or can we explain this?

What if he doesnt deposit, and just has a play chip account.. is my real money account safe? (keep in mind he did got a friend-to-friend transaction)

Thanks already,

Yea they should be fine. As long as your name is on one and his on the other there should be no problems. My wife and I have separate accounts on here and we use the same computer but they are in each of our names. I have even transferred her money from my account and still nothing happened.

That's no problem. My brother only ever plays at my place, his wife sees to that. I've yet to be hit with the Ban Hammer.
