So I hade some $ in my FTP account. I log on this morning and every cent of it is gone. I don't know where it went. My account is currently restricted making it so you can't transfer $ nor play at tables.

I emailed FTP a week ago could this be them looking into it or something ?

My guess would be for sure they are investigating, usually it happens to be that you had more then one account??

Yes I have 2 accounts, thats why my account was restricted. So I emailed them about it. My question was why is all my money gone out of my account ? I checked the history none was withdrawled. I am unable to play on the account so it couldn't have been spent that way. My question is does FTP like take all the $ out when they investigate accounts the re-insert it later?

yes it is against policy austin but i wouldnt worry to much if you did nothing to cheat other then the two account. They are not in it to steal peoples money as i am sure you know the large sums this site deals with

So yah thanks FTP for unrestricting my account but you really didn't help me ouch much by stealing all my money. I am not sure whats going on buy I don't have 1 cent in my account. Why would they take all my $? I never used my accounts to "cheat" only made a secondary account because I forgot my old account. I have never used a FTP bonus buyin thing or whatever where you get rewards back from playing. Whats with this BS ?

It takes a whole week for them to unrestrict my account then they still all my funds?

if FTP really took my cash wow. I don't have much extra cash and I had been saving for some time to finally be able to play some poker. Then this. This is so damn unfair I don't even know what to say. How the hell does FTP have the right to straight up steal all my money. Obviously if you had any access to the records of my two accounts you would see nothing strange at all. No huge deposists no withdrawls, no transfers NOTHING. This is not fair that FTP can pull this **** on me and steal all my $ and say oh its because you made two accounts.

F*** that. I am sorry I made two accounts. I didn't read every f***ing line in your rules. If I were using the accounts to play at the same table or hussle people or IDK exactly what you could do but whatever classifies as "cheating" or "stealing" then I could understand. But to take all of someones hard earned cash because he or she made a new account because he or she lost the account info.... just seems crooked.

I will give FTP a week to clear this up. If they don't by then I will have to say good bye FTP for you are one crooked coorperation that I don't want to deal with.

yah because what I did effected so many people. Me making an additonal account and never touching my other account I didn't have the info to. Wow, I had 2 accounts but I basically had 1 because 1 of 2 of my accounts hadn't had anything done to it for over 2 years.

What's likely going to happen is they've pulled and closed your second (illegal) account. They'll investigate to make sure you weren't multi-accounting or otherwise cheating with both accounts. Once you're cleared, they'll contact you about either sending your funds to you via check, or depositing them in your original account.

I'm not sure what to tell you about a timeframe, but when you clicked "I Agree" on the Terms of Service page, you agreed that they could take measures to correct this problem, so you've got nobody to blame but yourself.
