Don't feel bad. It took me about a year before I had to stop redepositing. Eventually you will win back the money you lost.
The key to beating the micro games is to play within your bankroll and limitations, or as I call it, skillroll. You do not need to be the best at the table to make money. You do not need to pull off fancy moves to make money. All you need to do is play good hands, or hands that aren't easily dominated, and wait for a worse player to give you there money.
Play Phil's top 7 or 8 hands, plus small pairs (22-88) and suited aces and kings (for cheap). Forget suited connectors or one and two gappers. You will grind a nice little profit which you can use to take shots at larger games, try different moves at cash tables or play tourneys and sngs. |
