What is the best way to use all of the above to build a bankroll?
I've heard medals= $.19
FT points= $5./1000
Is this true?
How do I convert these back into my bankroll and get best value?
I'm not sure about the tokens either. Can you buy a token and then "unregister" it for the cash?
I like to play.10/.25 or .25/.50 cash games and tourneys up to $15. |

Hmmm.... I think you've been misinformed!!! You really cant convert FTPs into cash directly but you can do the following:
---If you have enough of them you can "sell" tham pursay in the transactions section. IE if someone wants to buy something from the FT store but doesnt have any points you can buy it for them at an agreed about price on average it is less than $5 dollars/1000FTP and people with tons of them keep driving down the price (damn supply and demand curve)
--- YOu can use FTP to register into tournamets(satellites) that require more FTPS OR cash, then if you win the cash satellite you can unregister and that money becomes tournament dollars which you can use to register for other tournies or SNGs OR you can can convert it into real world money at a 5% charge!!!
Tokens are not sellable and interchangeble they stay tokens forever until used and as for medals well someone else would have to pick that one up bc I have NO idea what goes on with those!!![/list] |

Well, does anyone know what to do with the medals? - I would rather put all of theses "perks" back into my bankroll. I can buy my own jackets, ball caps, tables, electronics, books, clocks, duffel bags, pool cues, flip flops, pens, sports bottles, and stress balls!
Another thing - If you qualify for one of the iron man tournaments, are you better off playing the tourney or taking the medals?
Does anyone know how big the field usually is so you could figure out the "value" per buy-in? |

140 medals = one $26 token
600 medals = $100 bonus dollars

I prefer the tourneys, but I do well in MTTs. Your mileage may vary.
February Ironman 1-a-day had 1288 entries
February Ironman Bronze had 1374 entries
March Ironman 1-a-day had 534 entries
March Ironman Silver had 926 entries
From my experience, cashing in them is no harder than any other MTT, and they generally pay out more spots. |

I also saw on the iron man store page you could convert 150 medals to 500 points or 650 medals to 25000 points. If I want to use my "perks" to build a bankroll would it ever make sense to convert to points? |

Bonus that you have to clear, I'm almost certain. I haven't used that option, so not 100% sure though.

I think that a $26 token has more +EV than 500 points. For instance, you could buy into two Daily Double satellites for 550 points, but that's really the same that you could play with $4.50 cash. |
