If the image is already on a web page, you just need to copy the address and put it between image tags like this:

| [img]http://www.some.imagesite.com/someimage.jpg[/img] |
If it's not online and it's on your computer instead, go to Tinypic.com, browse to the file you want to upload, upload the file, then copy/paste the "Image for forums" link that has the image tags as listed above. |
