Since Full Tilt Poker is somewhat highly regarded as an up and comer in the Online Poker world....obtaining some of, if not THE, best poker players in the world as exclusive to this site....

Full Tilt Poker should OFFER it's customers and those that get raked to death daily, some REAL, LEGITIMATE support. Email support just IS NOT adequate. All big name poker sites offer phone support. THAT is 24/7 support. Allowing a person to email and wait days and even weeks for a response is NOT 24/7 support. That's being lazy.

When it comes to people's money, there should be no delays in getting answers to questions. Full Tilt is MORE THAN HAPPY to quickly process deposits, but cash outs seem to be problematic and take too much time, SOMETIMES. When someone has a question regarding their account or their own money, they should be able to reach someone IMMEDIATELY to have their question answered. We are owed this kind of support.

I love everything about Full Tilt....aside from the support. The LACK of a good support on this site really is one of the only things missing from making this compete with the other big names in online poker.

Get your act together FTP....get us some good support....or else you may lose ours....

I AGREE that the support should be BETTER. I also THINK that PERHAPS you don't need to CAPITALIZE random WORDS. We UNDERSTAND the importance of what you're SAYING without that.

But seriously, they really do need phone support - the emails just take way too long.

i must state i have not yet had any problems with support or cash outs. last cash out, through netteller, took two hours max from FTP to netteller and less than one business day to bank. used points to get a sweatshirt and less than two weeks after order received a grey hoodie even though my order and the packing slip says black hoodie, and sent an email to support about the mistake. support replied with an appropiate, non-generic email within two hours and have rectified the mistake.
it would be helpful and appreciated if they developed phone support though...

OpenIntro,

i understand where you are coming from... 24/7 phone support would be very helpful to the customers and something they should consider. I do am having major cashout issues with this website right now, and am not getting anywhere with the support staff and e-mails go unanswered....

i'm going on over a week for a cashout (and thats just on fulltilts end!), so dont feel so bad.

Finally, after a few days, I have a response from support....this is all I was looking for....


We sincerely apologize for the delay in assisting you. We are receiving a large number of emails - many related to the site crash you mention - and are responding to each one as quickly as possible. We appreciate your patience with us in this time.

Believe me, I understand your frustration; it's shared by all of us. We certainly do apologize for the inconvenience of the site crash and the ensuing backlog of email. We are working on ways to improve our network service to be more redundant, secure and stable.

We are also currently undergoing an extensive hiring process, which will greatly expand our support team in the very near future. This infusion of new support staff will dramatically reduce the wait time for answering email questions from all of our players.
