Ok,
I've deposited 50$ via my Solo debit card and I understand that I cannot withdraw any money via the same method.
Could you please confirm if this is the right way to go about it:
01.Open a Neteller or Moneybookers or Click and Pay account
02.Make a minimum deposit from there
03.Withdraw using the same account
Is that about right?
What about withdrawing via cheques? What is the procedure to do so?
Do clear my queries since support isn't replying to my emails and I need to withdraw the money before I leave the United Kingdom which is in a few weeks.

| Jea i have the same problem. I was thinking of doing that but i think its a waste of money. I have around 300 euro on my BANKaccount and 2k on my POKERaccount. Thats just madness. I got to withdraw some but support and cassier seem to be death. |

| Same problem for me... When i'm in step 1 in withdrawals i cant do anything to go to step 2... |
