Please be patient if you have to email support, as they will be receiving numerous inquiries from the crash this week. Sending in multiple e-mails only slows the process down, and we want to help you as quickly as possible.
For players with fraud/suspended/multiple accounts, these take the longest to research and process and we are sorry for the inconvenience.
If you are waiting for a withdrawal, they usually take between 24-48 hours. If it takes longer than that, please send a courteous e-mail to cashier@fulltiltpoker.com and they will help you.
There is nobody who works for support in these forums, so if you need assistance, please e-mail them at support@fulltiltpoker.com
