1) He doesn't have a past of berating players via PM/at the table.
2) What he said wasn't nearly as bad as some of the insults you have sent.

Your ability to play in the MBJ was at risk, so you stopped pming people. The season is over, so you do it again. Fair enough.

| I'm done with this thread...because my past, I am fair game to be insulted freely, but I can't defend myself. I get it. I still respect most of those who played in the MBJ. But certainly not Rob. |

When one draws negative attention to one's self, one needs to be prepared to take a little jabbing.
BTW, can't you request your chat back from support? First offenses are only 30 days, and 2nd offenses are less than the amount of time you've been at this forum. If the offenses weren't multiple offenses, you should be able to get it back. Then you won't have to run to PM so much, you can just throw it all in the chat window. We can all keep it in context then. |

| Phoenix, it seems completely obvious to me that Honest Rob (and others) are intentionally trying to get you to flip out because they think its funny. If you really wanted to frustrate and disappoint him/them, all you would have to do is not react at all. |

Yes, dcdoorknob, I agree...I shouldn't play their game. But thank you for recognizing that Rob wasn't the innocent victim he claims to be. Love how he posts my PM but conveniently does not make mention of his jabs that precipitated the PM.
cubbies: I have three chat offenses, so it's a lifetime ban. I e-mailed them to ask for it back, but they're strict about it.
Again, great season everyone. Even if I made some angry PMs, I would maintain that a few of you took them way too seriously and some of you are not much better (i.e., Rob, a guy who is often obnoxious during the games). By the way Rob, I don't forget about the time you sucked out on me on the bubble with Q4 against AQ or something like that. That's a real suckout, unlike simply losing a race. |

Unfortunately, you get back what you put in. As you've stated in previous posts, you have an anger problem. If you knew Rob at all, you'd know that he's obnoxiously funny. There's not malice there........atleast not to the rest of us. The MBJ is a fun series. We all take it somewhat seriously. However, it's never been a do or die poker match. You've marked yourself as being a PM maniac. It's unfortunate but that's the way everyone sees you. Get over it and change your behavior. |
