I've been using EPass for about 2 yrs now and the only thing that would work for me was direct deposit/withdrawal from my checking account. It takes 7 days to process but it works! If Capital One doesn't charge a fee on their end, that might be a better option. I've just never been in a big hurry, so I've never tried anything other than Epass. |

Cap one will no longer work with Epass. And a lot of banks won't either. I had a debit card registered with Epass, the first time I tried to deposit, my card was frozen by my bank.
They (wachovia) told me they had a lot of fraud associated with Epass. Not that Epass itself is fraudulent, I think they, or their clients, were being scammed by hackers.
They have recently added another level of security upon login to combat this. I have had an Epass acct for 5 years with no problems, but I use it only for withdrawals. The atm card is instant cash. |
