Not sure if they even read this forum, but maybe I will get a response on here.
I was playing in the 4:45 EST 50 FTP tourney on Saturday. After 3 hours of play I was big stack with 5 remaining players when the server crashed. They voided the tournament and we got our FTPs back, but I feel more should be done.
I played a long time and it's not easy in one of those to get that far and feel since the tournament was well over 1/2 done they should award the token based on position at that time. I've written support 4 times with only generic responses so far. Hoping to get some more response through here... |

| It took them some time, but support did make things right. Just wanted to compliment them when they are taking so much crap lately. |
