Is this possible?

If so is there any restrictions and how do you make one?

Absolutely. Send an email to privatetournaments@fulltiltpoker.com. Include the title, buy in, date, time, game, and description. Some things to keep in mind include:

A double stack must have a minimum rake of $1
A SS must have a minimum rake of $3
A rebuy must have a minimum rake of $11

All tournaments must have a rake of at least 10%, or one of FullTilt's regularly scheduled tournaments (i.e. 69+6, 100+9, etc).

Whats SS? And is that total rake by everyone or the amount of rak from everyone?

it's the "fee"

so for a $10 SnG it is a $1 fee that $1 goes to full tilt. Usally repersented as $10+$1
